However, one may need to extend the FAS features or get some other mechanism in
place, to ensure that access to the repos (esp. devel repos) are adequately
controlled and allowed only for translators approved by the Team Coordinator.
GNOME Mango has the feature with additional vouching done by the GTP Coordinators.
