Hi Julie,
I agree with you.
Work by sections is a good way on this. We can arrange the section titles
first according to your guide and the old guide[1].  And then fill the
sections one by one.

Some sections in the old guide are still useful, so we can reuse them.
By the way, I created new wiki page[2] for the guide. If the name is OK, we
will start there.
