In my sister's case, the issue's with no sound from youtube and this 
didn't work for her.  However, she's having similar trouble with other 
things, such as playing .mp3 files, and we're investigating possible 
solutions through the Ubuntu help forum.  Thanx anyway, because this 
might help others.
