Found it on Ebay for about $160.
But my laptop has no USB3 and no hdmi :(
My pcmcia slot is occupied by a card with 2
eSATAii ports for my external esata drives.

This is one very nasty problem with laptops.
They do not really provide a full speed pci or pci-e
port for an external dock with all the different type
of input ports for video and data like what we are
talking about here.
