Reloading amavisd to read spamassassin rules

Okay, if I misinterpreted your comments, my apologies. It just seemed
sarcastic and/or was easilty answered with a google search.

It's an interface to both spamassassin and virus scanners, and is
typically called from an MTA such as postfix.
