Update to autoqa-0.3.2

Greetings,

I'd like to update and deploy a new autoqa package.  I've listed the changes in
the spec file patch attached.  This updated package will allow additional testing of the
new initscripts tests. 

Comment/concerns encouraged.

Looks fine to me - just be sure to tag the master branch after you check
this in (or after you do the package builds) so we know where/when 0.3.2
happened.
