I think that our discussion for 0.6.0 went a little more smoothly than
for 0.5.0 but then again, the discussion type was a little different.

For 0.6.0 we decided that we want to move farther forward with more
frequent releases. To that end, we agreed on the following:
* Initial release target of 3 weeks
