#154: pst: Abort when old and new package versions match

Currently this command works:

pst -y -o tzdata-2009o-2.fc12 -n tzdata-2009o-2.fc12
}}}
but it prints many FAILs in the process. I think we could just detect if
any of the old packages is equal to any of the new packages and abort the
test in this case. There is no sense in testing the same package anyway,
is it?
