Missing liquibase dependency

Hey,

installed katello nightly this morning and liquibase package was not
installed for some reason. I know it is temporarily in Devan/candlepin
repo, but I think candlepin.spec is missing the Require for it.

Let me know when this is fixed (rpm is ready), thanks.

Another issue when I manually install liquibase rpm from Devan's repo:

liquibase.exception.CommandLineParsingException:
/usr/share/java/postgresql-jdbc.jar does not exist

So I need to install both:

yum -y install liquibase postgresql-jdbc
