[PATCH] scm_track: Add --all to git add options to handle deletions

Previously, when distros, profiles, systems, kickstarts, snippets, etc.,
were deleted, git would never learn about them. This made tracking when
they were deleted more difficult.

I can't recall if I sent this in before or not. I've had it in my local
git repo since September of 2009. :/
This can also be found on the scm-track-git-options branch at

Fwd: [Design-team] Logo request for Cobbler. Any takers?

So guys.. here is the latest iteration. I did some fiddling myself
and colored it using hues of brown and made it my local favicon, and i
think it looks good. I am curious what colors you guys think would be
good? I've got my opinion, but I'd like some input.
