I've checked in the fix.
I tried doing a build and got this error:
$ fedpkg build
error: line 47: Unknown tag: ERROR:
python%{python3_pkgversion}-breathenot recognized.
error: query of specfile
/home/dlj/fedora-scm/python-breathe/python-breathe.spec failed, can't parse
I'm guessing that you are on Fedora 23 and that you need this update:
