I was partially wrong. js and help2man are in the base distro. The
only packages missing are autoconf-archive and the three erlang
packages.

I recently put in a lot of work to fix up the couchdb package and
selinux to make it suitable for EPEL7.

More than a week ago I requested EPEL7 braching for couchdb where I
would be the EPEL7 maintainer. How often are the branch requests
processed?
I have now discovered that a few more deps are needed in EPEL7 in
order to build and install the package.

Are the respective Fedora package owners willing to maintain the same
package in EPEL7?
