Target Milestone: ---
Classification: Fedora
The repo version of blender (installed using dnf) is missing OpenVDB
integration. This is causing voxel remeshing to fail. I initial opened a bug
with blender (https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/122853). As
part of the troubleshooting, they had me download the version from blender.org.
That version worked correctly. They advised that I should open a bug report
here as it's a bug related to the build process for this distribution.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Go to Properties->Data->Remesh.
3. Set the desired Voxel Size.
4. Click "Voxel Remesh".
Actual Results:
Produces an error message "Voxel remesher failed to create mesh".
Expected Results:
Model remeshed to desired Voxel Size.

It looks like HIP support doesn't work in blender in the current testing
version of blender
(https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-45862e3ed9). Is it
possible that it needs that package in the spec as a recommended package?
Seems a bit odd that it requires a devel package though.
