Preparing for freeipa 4.8.5

Hi,
with almost all pieces of the tomcat 9.0.31 and openDNSSEC 2.1 puzzle in
place, it is time to prepare for a new release. Below is a first cut of
the release notes, with no actual notes, just to show our current
difference to 4.8.4. All dates are provisional, of course.
Please comment on this thread to add your highlights, enhancements, and
known issues notes. I'll collect them and format properly.

The FreeIPA team would like to announce FreeIPA 4.8.5 release!
It can be downloaded from http://www.freeipa.org/page/Downloads. Builds for
Fedora 30-32 versions will be available soon.

From what I see (these aren't release-quality notes, more like
an invitation to add details!):
- openDNSSEC 2.1 support
- improving AJP connector protection for Dogtag/FreeIPA communication
for CVE-2020-1938 mitigation. We are not really affected as AJP
channel is localhost-only but Tomcat 9.0.31 forces encrypted AJP
connector by default (reverted in Fedora, though), so it is a good
thing to do.
- Default authentication indicators and documentation chapter in
