FreeIPA 4.7.2 release planning

Hi,

let us release FreeIPA 4.7.2 on Monday, December 3rd.

Release notes draft is attached, please comment on it and add more
details.

TODO: 
 - Add Sudharsan Omprakash to the list of contributors
 - Add Adam Williamson to the list of contributors
 - Add Sergey Orlov to the list of contributors

F29 update
is planned, we need to coordinate with dogtag and they wait
for this release.

Hi IPA team,

I just saw this thread. I hope it's not too late.

PKI built and released 10.6.8 on F28, F29 and rawhide. PKI also submitted
bodhi updates for the same. PKI has already declared a conflict with
FreeIPA < 4.7.1.

However, openqa tests failed since 4.7.1 isn't available in the stable repo
yet. I don't see IPA builds in Koji for F29 and F28. Once IPA builds it, we
can tie the IPA koji builds with PKI's bodhi updates.

Since I submitted the bodhi updates, I can actually edit the entries and
bundle the IPA koji builds with it. Let me know if this is possible.
