Two issues:
- elliptic.P224 from crypto/elliptic removed due to legal issues. Thus ocsp and
ssh test are failing.
- repository has moved from code.google.com/p/crypto to
github.com/golang/crypto, import path prefix is golang.org/x/crypto.
