Description of problem:
I try to change my writing workflow from LaTeX to markdown for simply
structured articles and read about it on
http://nikolasander.com/writing-in-markdown/. The author provides a sample zip
file with all files to compile markdown to pdf with pandoc, however, I also
tried several cls files from zotero and the CSL github repository. Compiling
the files does not work because pandoc-citeproc cannot read the csl.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and unzip the sample files from
https://github.com/NikolaSander/NikolaSander.github.io/blob/master/images...
(or use any other sample files)
2. run pandoc -S -o sample-paper.pdf --filter pandoc-citeproc sample-paper.md
(or equivalent commands)
Actual results:
pandoc-citeproc: error while parsing the XML string
pandoc: Error running filter pandoc-citeproc
Expected results:
A compiled pdf file and some other messages, no errors.
Additional info:
Current upstream pandoc-citeproc is 0.7.1 but this version has new dependencies
(setenv and xml-conduit)

Many programs in the ghc-compiler package have an executable stack.
"This makes it susceptible to stack based exploits should another weakness be
found in the affected programs" (Steve Grubb).

Description of problem:
ghc and haskell packages were built for F21 with unversioned
html packages dirs. However the generated html by haddock still
assumes that the dirs are versioned causing all doc cross links
between packages to be broken.
At least it would be good to fix this for ghc:
rebuilding everything is too much effort.

Description of problem:
This is a minor packaging issue but it seems that bustle uses
its LICENSE file at runtime (in its About dialog), leads to stderr output:
Warning: /usr/share/bustle-0.4.7/LICENSE: openFile: does not exist (No such
file or directory)
(The packaging guidelines say that files in %doc should not be
used at runtime (since they can also be excluded locally).
Maybe the simplest solution would be to ln LICENSE to /usr/share/bustle-0.4.7/

Description of problem:
When running xmonad with the MATE desktop, numerous applications don't redraw
properly - interacting with them has effects behinds the scene, but their
window is frozen on the old contents, until switching to another workspace and
back forces an update.

1. Log in to xmonad-mate desktop
2. Run any of the following
- Network Manager | Edit Connections...
- virt-manager
- rhythmbox
- various others
Actual results:
Application window stays frozen and does not update as you click or type in it.
Expected results:
Application window updates normally
Additional info:
Killing xmonad, then running "marco --replace" results in applications that
redraw again. Interestingly, after doing that killing marco and restarting
xmonad with "xmonad --replace" leaves the windows redrawing correctly, now
under xmonad.
Killing xmonad, then running "xmonad --replace" without running the other WM in
between does *not* fix the behaviout though.

This seems to happen because:
Random> minBound::Int
-2147483648
Random> toInteger (minBound::Int)
-18446744071562067968
Random> toInteger (maxBound::Int)
2147483647
The implementation of Random on Doubles uses the construction
"toInteger (minBound::Int)" to get an integer random number, but
the implementation of Random on integers falls over on values
greater than 2^32-1.

Description of problem:
Bluetile doesn't work properly with Java GUI applications. Some Java GUI
elements are not gaining focus after mouse clicks (like text areas) and its not
possible to work with those elements.

How reproducible:
Using any Java Swing application (like Netbeans) with text areas.

This is tested only on x86 plaform. I am using Bluetile with Xfce desktop.
Bluetile is working properly in Fedora 15 and openjdk 1.6.0 (tested on x86 and
x86_64)
