Some packages (eg. lehsak-server) fail to build with "/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lHSrts_thr" error message thrown.

I am not sure if ghc's threaded runtime is supported on tier 2 archs.
Anyway at least for pandoc rts_thr is not really needed (it is dropped now in upstream git). So fixing that first.
