With the above discussion it got clear that if punctuation mark is at the end
of word, user will by habit press space.
And if punctuation marks comes in between word it means there is some mapped
combination available in transliteration scheme that is why user is not
pressing the space button.
So conclusion is not need to processing punct. for transliteration scheme. !!
Mike i think we fixed this for non-trans IME's?
