What is the purpose of CJK specific fontconfig rules, and why is it
necessary
for CJK to behave differently than non-CJK when dealing with CJK-glyphs?
Do C, J and K fontconfig rules differ from each other?
CJK is a mess because Chinese, Japanese and Korean use the same codepoints, but
the expected glyphs shapes are different depending on the language you type.
The problem exists to a lesser extent for arabic.
