Description of problem:
The input method selection window does not appear in the current
fcitx-configtool 0.4.7 version. Please update the package to 0.4.8 and it has
been fixed already.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install fcitx and fcitx-configtool
2. Try to add an input method
3. You cannot select from the select window.

Actual results:
3 above

Expected results:
You should be able to select the input method.

Upstream has already fixed it.
