The terminfo database entry for fbterm, mentioned at the projects webpage
(http://code.google.com/p/fbterm/) is not installed by the fbterm package in
fedora.  Although the fbterm entry is not needed for basic functionality, it is
needed for 256 color support in applications such as vim.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install fbterm.
2. Run `infocmp fbterm`
Actual Results:  
infocmp: couldn't open terminfo file /lib/terminfo/f/fbterm

Expected Results:  
A printout of the fbterm terminfo entry.

I tried installing fbterm 1.6 by source myself the fbterm terminfo entry was
installed by default that way.
