Thanks for the tip. However, it doesn't work.
I've tried to install fonts-tweak-tools, and put P.R.C Simplified Chinese as
the first one language in "Language Ordering", and I can see FC_LANG is set in
~/.i18n, but it seems it doesn't show up in environment variable ($ env).
I have tried to launch gedit by
$ FC_LANG=zh_CN gedit
It works btw. So I assume there is a better way to put FC_LANG variable into
the env vars?
