patch to actually add a hyphen glyph
Lohit Telugu has a defined glyph for hyphen-minus, but it is empty, resulting
in "invisible" hyphens in Telugu text in some cases. I provided a patch adding
a contour for the hyphen glyph. I changed its advance width as well.
