Freediams and freemedforms updated and working in Fedora 16, 17

Hi folks,

It's taken me almost two whole days, but I've managed to update
Freemedforms and freediams to the latest upstream release.

Please test them if you have the time and give karma. I've tested them
personally before pushing to SCM, but I'd still like external feedback.

As always, co-maintainers are welcome. :)
