Hi,
I would like to commit the attached patch to spin-kickstarts to cleanup and update the
listing of input-method packages and so that we no longer include all the language support
groups for the default desktop spin since it pulls in a lot optional packages that should
not be installed for everyone.

Besides the m17n and scim changes, the point of why
fedora-livecd-desktop-default.ks does have all the language support group,
and the fedora-livecd-desktop.ks does not, is so that localized spins can
base themselves on fedora-livecd-desktop.ks, while the officially release
spin would.
If you're now saying the official release spin should not include
@*-support groups, then maybe just removing
fedora-livecd-desktop-default.ks and spinning from fedora-livecd-desktop.ks
is the solution.
But, maybe I'm not correctly understanding what you're doing. Any thoughts?

Yes, I agree that is the right thing to do IMHO.
Would it be more appropriate to make this change (shuffling the files
used to compose *after* F10 GA? Or to apply the patch now (to
fedora-livecd-desktop-default.ks) so no changes are made to any spin
process?
I'm thinking the latter... Jesse?

I would suggest doing it after. Given that final freeze is tomorrow, we
could branch the spin-kickstarts git to create the F-10 branch.

I'm working on getting some of the localized spins fixed up and I'll
branch and package/build for rawhide it that's OK with you.
