It's not that much work; only about a dozen people use that attribute at
all and it looked like about 50/50 as to which way it was done. So I only
need to tweak the template and about a half dozen User pages. No big deal.
There were more people that had an extra http:// than not. I only had to
change three or four user pages. Doing it this way also lets people provide
https links if they prefer.
