[fedora-arm] F18 ARM Final plan from this morning's hackfest discussion

F18 ARM Final
  - Will use 3.6 kernel (3.7 will appear as an update)
  - Blockers for F18-ARM Final - Summarized in BZ #901840
     o Graphical updates not working on XFCE desktop
       - js is broken, this may be the only issue.
         - hack fest should fix this afternoon
       - other possible issues?
     o Eclipse not building - BZ #863801
       - Assigned to kdaniel - latest update is that it's building again
       - Does an arm.koji.fp.o build simply need to be kicked off?
         - build resubmitted (prior build failed due to bad mock gid)
     o GHC not building
       - Was on Peter Robinson's todo list.  No status.
     o V5 images: We will add armv5tel versatile express and panda for 
final.
  - Plan is to fix blockers, make RC1 - target ship date is Jan 29.
  - Seneca to make unofficial ARM tarballs of F18 GA for Remix purposes
