Hi Dennis,
the much much simpler route is to use a nightly rawhide minimal
build.
there is a cubietruck u-boot there, you will need to install
kernel-lpae make sure extlinux.conf is right we still need to get some
fixes into grubby. you can run the rawhide images as guests. likely f20
also but i have not tested yet.
I've used virt-install to setup the guests ive needed to use
"--cpu
host --machine virt" as well as make sure the disk is virtio and not a
sdcard.
Anyway the moral of the story is that on rawhide it all works with what
is in Fedora
Building the do-it-yourself way as described in the post was more a kernel/u-boot/hardware
learning exercise (especially the things mentioned in the FAQ).
Running rawhide on the cubietruck is next on my list. So I'm definitely gonna follow
your suggestions.
