Does Fedora 25 support the cpupower program on imx6? I am running it on a

I get this error
cpupower info
System does not support Intel's performance bias setting
Looking on a intel device it seems the info one just reports the pbias
which is an intel featue:
# cpupower info
analyzing CPU 0:
perf-bias: 6
My CPU is running hot and I need to throttle it back a bit.
I don't think the above pbias is an error as such, but a warning, with
"cpupower frequency-info" and "cpupower idle-info" it provided me
appropriate info, I had to "modprobe imx6q-cpufreq" for the freq
details as for some reason it wasn't autoloaded (I'll need to check to
see why when I have some spare cycles).
The tmon utility will also report the actual temperature, mind is
running at 36C but it does have a decent heatsink.
