Cpinit and cpdb

Hey,

since there is the cpdb tool now, do we need to access /candlepin/cpinit
url after installation or is this not necessary anymore?

It still creates the admin user account but this might not be used for
Katello, so it's possibly safe to skip it. (but not for Headpin)

My bad I'm still thinking back before it had it's own db aren't I.
Headpin would manage it's own users now too wouldn't it. Suspect it's
safe to skip for both!
