I've applied this with the change that the two new configuration
settings needed to be added to installer_templates/settings.template in
order for the user to be aware of those settings. I've done this.
Additionally, with regard to the previous patch, I found I had to tweak
the unit tests to keep them passing (on a clean install, there was no
/etc/cobbler/sample.ks, which the tests still referenced), which can be
useful when helping test things. This is minor but something that's
good to know about. To run the unit tests from a checkout, it's just
"make test", so I recommend everyone do that when making code changes.
