I am testing Fedora 14 and noticed that snippet
post_install_kernel_options does not work any more.
I did some digging and found that in post install environment command
/sbin/grubby --default-kernel has no output at all and it is used in
this snippet. As a work around I am using the sed command instead of
the grubby line:
sed -i -e '/kernel/s/\(^.*\$\)/\1 $kernel_options_post/' /etc/grub.conf
## /sbin/grubby --update-kernel=`/sbin/grubby --default-kernel`
--args="$kernel_options_post"
I don't like this solution - it works for grub only, grubby is supposed
to deal with other loaders also.
I also tried to replace the inner grubby command with shell equivalent,
but looks like outer grubby does not work neither.
Does any one else see this problem?
