I would like to have two big panos with dimension WxH: 3 x 0.5m to hang above the gates of the University to advertise the event to students, teachers and friends there.

I'm going to base the banner on the release poster, which you can see here: http://emichan.fedorapeople.org/release_14.png
It will be simpler than the poster, and I'm using a white background for easier printing. I expect to have it done by next Wednesday (10/27). Is that enough time for you to get them printed? If not, I'll try to get it done this weekend.
I do have a question for you. The banner text should be in Vietnamese correct? If so, can you provide the Vietnamese translation?

Your suggested idea (at http://emichan.fedorapeople.org/release_14.png) is good. However, I would like panos with width x height = 3m x 0.5m.
I will have time/date and location in Vietnamese, but others maybe in English.
Time/date text: "Thời gian: 16h thứ bảy, ngày 13/11/2010" Location text: "Địa điểm: Giảng đường lớn, trường ĐH Sư Phạm TPHCM"
Also, If you provide me the SVG or other-format source images, I can type Vietnamese text myself (within your design section).
Next Wednesday (27/10) is fine with me.
