Description of problem:
The "Installing Using Anaconda" page is hard to navigate because it has over 50
headings!

Suggestion:
For longer pages of "Installation Guide" and "System Administrator’s Guide",
please add a table of contents (TOC) showing the nested sections structure of
that page.

Additional information:
The left column of "Installation Guide" and "System Administrator’s Guide"
lists pages, but not the headings within the page.
