Hi,
I packaged yesterday the latest kicad stable release. This release fixes many bugs reported upstream. This release is already available in updates-testing.
Unfortunately, there is probably another bug that would be difficult to find: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=592047
It would be nice if several users could update and try to reproduce the bug. I suspect the bug is videocard relative, but I may be wrong.
Regards, Alain

Nobody can help? Noboby use kicad? If so, I'll stop to package it...

I have kicad-2010.05.27-6.rev2363.fc13.i686 installed on Fedora 13, and I get:
$ kicad kicad: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/kicad/libcommon.so: undefined symbol: _ZNK12wxAuiToolBar18GetWindowStyleFlagEv
Any suggestions?

No, I'm still with F-12.
Run it under gdb to get more informations.

I just installed F-13 in a VirtualBox and I didn't get this problem. Is this problem still present for you?

-1- Answer the question I ask you -2- Don't populate a thread with a new « problem », open a new thread. -3- If you think there is as bug, fill a bug report on bugzilla. -4- I won't provide support for the rawhide (f14) branch, and I think you could make some effort to find where the problem comes from (a lack of some atk libraries ?) -5- Stop to « reply to » me and « CC » the list: reply to the list I'm subscribed...

I did answer your question.

Nope, it is relevant to the same thread. I don't have access to the other machine this weekend, so tried it on my laptop.

Okay.

I did reply to all (even now) :) In fact, you had sent it to fedora-electronic-lab-list@redhat.com, while the newly created list name is Electronic-lab@lists.fedoraproject.org.

Hai roy,
can you then rebuild gpsim and gputils for EL-5 and EL-6 please ?
thanks, Chitlesh
Chitlesh,
I have just built gputils for EL-6 and have requested an EL-6 CVS tag for gtk+extra which is required to be built before I can build gpsim.
Can you explain why you request the gpsim and gputils be rebuild for EL-5. The current gputils and gpsim 0.24.0 are already there.

Indeed they are already available for EL-5. Apologies for the unnecessary call.
