* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.) - Working on the Cambodia budget and improve situation in Cambodia for 2016 and as FUDCon 2016 will conduct in Phnom Penh, so it is good to be there for more discussion.
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions. Depart from Phnom Penh to SG: Fly via Jetstar departing from Phnom Penh on December 3rd at 20:00 arriving at 23:05. I could ask a friend for a spare room to stay. Depart from SG to Phnom Penh: Fly via Jetstar departing from SG on December 7th at 18:10 arriving at 19:15.
The reason I choose one day in before and after the event because the ticket will go triple higher than this one.
