See attached spreadsheet for automagical adding and not having to
wrestle wikitable syntax.
We are currently spending $17,558.73 of $19k, which means we have
$1,441.27 remaining for various and sundry, including any overages from
estimated travel (as the bookings trickle in, a decent number are
actually under budget so this seems like it will balance out) and
just-in-case stuff like "will the bus cost more money than we thought?"
or "last minute run to office supply store for nametag stickers!" or
what have you.
If we want to leave $500 for wiggle room, we have a little under $1k
left for sponsorships today.
I'm going to (1) double-check all "FUNDING APPROVED!" meeting minutes to
make super-sure we have the right numbers for everyone, and that they're
adding up correctly - they just did this first time, so they'd better
the second time too ;) and then (2) email all funding recipients,
regardless of whether they've been pinged before / are 100% booked or
not / whatever, so that everyone knows what their status is and what
they have to do to close their portion of the books.
