FUDCon Lawrence meeting time (and meetings start tomorrow!)

Based on the responses I have received, we will hold weekly planning
meetings for FUDCon Lawrence at 22:00 UTC (5:00 p.m. US/Central).

The meetings will start tomorrow! Woo! On the tentative agenda is:
- Ian provides a status update on event space
- People tell Ian what he needs to do for:
  - opening up funding requests
  - hotel
  - FUDPub
  - everything Ian forgot on this list
- Open floor
