Create milestone / component for FUDCon APAC 2015

Hello,

I couldn't find a way to request a new milestone and component be
created for a FUDCon.

I've created this ticket:

Can someone please take a look and create the milestone?

This will help us start accepting subsidy requests and planning our
travel budget.

Hi Amit,
you should send the request to Infra, and open a ticket there [1]. One of
the fudcon-trac admins will create the milestone for you.

can do this:

Done, but see comments in the ticket -- we need a full set of
milestones, at least for subsidies and for preparation tasks, for
transparency and accountability.

Thanks Paul, I'll have a draft list ready to discuss in our planning
meeting on Tuesday, so we should have a full list before the end of
the coming week.  Just in time too since CfP will close a couple of
days after that.
