[fedora-india] FUDCon Pune Planning Meeting Minutes - 3 March

Hi All,

We had another planning meeting this week for FUDCon 2015. It was very 
productive meeting.
I have blogged about it.

Some Highlights from meeting are ::

* We have opened trac for sponsorship requests and requests already
    coming in.
  * Outreach: We are doing good here, as a result we have already
    received 56 talks/workshops.
  * We are planning to have a barcamp-track at FUDCon.

We forgot to mention the WIP list[1] of Milestones that Amit and I
came up with for the fudcon-planning trac.  Please add your
suggestions to that etherpad or on these lists (i.e. fedora-india or
fudcon-planning) before the end of the week.

What are the dates for these milestones?  From my experience planning
events, without dates attached it's more difficult to plan meeting
agendas.  It's also difficult to know if planning is on target.

Can you provide those this week so I can add the milestones in the
Trac instance?

Looks like Siddhesh is tied up and couldn't send this out.  I've
updated the ticket with the dates for the milestones.

Looks like there is a milestone missing for granting travel subsidies.
For right now, I'm setting all the travel requests to the milestone of
"travel booked."  But I think the planning team should consider a
milestone to avoid making those decisions at the last minute and
surprising community members. :-)
