1. To attend panel discussion to be held among Fedora ambassadors from
APAC region.
2. As I already missed CFP (its my bad), I would like to help on Fedora
Spin/Remix or packaging workshop if someone already submitted.
3. Get updated on new technology and meet regional contributers to
exchange knwowldge.
4. I would like to give my support for organizers during the event.

Flying after 5pm on 24th is convinitent (after office hours).

Yes, I need VISA.
Maximum of 5 days if I apply for tourist VISA but I don't have experience
with confference VISA to India.
If I am not wrong, High Commision of India, check for government approved
invitation letter.
(Please check this requirement).
* Include any additional, relevant information.
Department of Immigration Officers question me when I coming and going
back Kolkata in early 2014 for a Mozilla event. Basically they wanted to
know whether I travel to Chennai. I came with tourist VISA which is prety
easy for us to get within 3 days.
They are doing their duty but that's one of the reason I take direct
flight to Mumbdai insteam of having one-stop.
Due to the recent issues, I avoid Malaysian Airlines. ;-)

If you are flying to Mumbai, the travel from Mumbai to Pune is separate,
and will be arranged by us.
Please go ahead and book the tickets. We will reimburse after the
conference. Please ensure to retain the boarding pass, we will need that
for reimbursement.
After you have booked the ticket, upload it to this ticket. If you need a
visa, email Siddhesh (siddhesh(a)fedoraproject.org) with the information
(passport number, name as on passport, duration of stay, dates of
arrival/departure, flight info, country of residence). We will then send
the invitation letter.

the conference, ie. check-in on 25th June and check-out on 29th June 2015.
Expenses for any other days shall be levied on the occupant(you). In case,
