FUDCon Milan - weekly meeting

Hi guys,

the organization of FUDCon Milan proceeds quickly. We're already submitted
the official request for the rooms in the University for the 1st and 2nd of
October. We should receive the confirmation in few days.

Meanwhile we're working to define the program for the Saturday (FUDPub) and
Friday night (we're collecting quotation of different places).

The Italian team has a weekly meeting setup for Wednesday night (9pm GMT). I
think it'll be useful to start also a weekly meeting with Jared, Max and the
other 'non Italian organizer' for updates and sync.
When is the best moment to arrange it?

show which times and days they are available for the weekly FUDCon
planning meeting.  Please take a moment and show which times you're
available, and we'll get a weekly meeting going forward.

Feel free to get started without me, since I'll be on vacation, and I'll 
catch up with things when I get back.  All I ask is that we do budget 
planning in a transparent, easy to follow way, and everything else will 
work itself out from a finance POV.

It's a week later, and only two other people besides myself have
indicated their availability, but there's only one hour that works for
the three of us, so we'll go with that for now.  The time that worked
is Fridays at 15:00 UTC (11:00am Eastern Time in the USA).

We will have a very brief meeting tomorrow (if people are able to make
it) to kick things off, and then go from there.
