* What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X, travel $Y.) Travel. I intend to travel from Bangalore to Pune by my own car. Depends on the approved rate of cost per kilometer. The total distance is around 900 kilometers

* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful? (Yes/No?) Yes

* If Yes, specify the minimum amount you need covered to facilitate your attendance. 50% of total cost

* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.) I am a speaker at FUDCon Pune 2015 : http://fudcon.in/sessions/be-secure- selinux-gyan I am also a contributor to the Free Media programme, and help organise Fedora meetings at Bangalore.

Travel. I intend to travel from Bangalore to Pune by my own car. Depends on the approved rate of cost per kilometer. The total distance

is around 900 kilometers

You need to provide approximate total amount in USD.

Considering round trip of 1800 km, Petrol at Rs 66.05/ltr [1] and mileage of 15 km/l my approximate estimate is

130/- USD.

Hi,

There has been a change of plans in my travel. Instead of travelling by car, I will now be taking a flight from Bangalore to Pune on 26 June, and returning by flight on 28 June. The total cost of the flight ticket is INR 7,170 . I hope I can get this amount reimbursed as the total amount is within the allocated travel subsidy for me. Please let me know if this is okay.
