Some random drive-by thoughts heading into the weekend:
* Seems like the $4k bus estimate isn't worth it with only 5 bus riders.
* Zikula hackfest would have to be incredibly well organized to justify a $1.2k sponsorship to get one of the Zikula guys to the event from UK.
* I need to follow up with Diana Martin and Kevin Higgins.

I suspect we'll have more than 5. Off the top of my head (unconfirmed folks, these are just folks with historical interest):
Luke Macken John Palmieri Tom Callaway Dan Walsh Dave Jones Chuck Ebbert Jarod Wilson Mo Duffy Ray Strode Jonathan Blandford Warren Togami

Tim Burke is going on the bus too, he's first on the list: ;-)

I've already blasted the boston-list email to let people know we want at least 15-20 riders for the bus, the more the merrier.
I believe Jesse Keating and Christopher Aillon are both flying in to BOS and taking the bus because it's way cheaper than flying straight to YYZ. What troopers!

Also not sure if this would work or not, but I would be game to catch a bus up to Boston and then that bus the rest of the way. It would keep my costs WAY down. Would obviously have to work out times, etc.

I posted some approximate times on the wiki page, but we still have to work all this out with a bus vendor:

You'd be absolutely welcome on the bus -- either at Alewife station nearer to Arlington, or at the Red Hat office in Westford. We're looking right now at ~9am departure at Alewife, and ~10am or so at Westford, so you might be looking at coming in the night before?

I'm sure we can find a place for you to crash the night before.
