 Tell us the following:
* What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X,
 travel $Y)
   * Plain ticket: Venezuela = us$400 (Taca discounts, please contact
 Alejandro Perez at aeperezt@fp.org)
   * Hotel Room: 20$ per night
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?
 (Yes/No)
   * Yes
* If Yes can you specify the minimum amount you would need covered to
 facilitate your attendance
   * Yes, I can pay for my room, but not the plain ticket. There are
 already 2 Villages paid for a local sponsors, so I could use one of those
 (and won't be part of a Fedora subsidy)
* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as
 possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)
   * As Ambassador: Recruit new people based on my experience as Mentor and
 FAmSCo member. Meet the CEAM team, which has been part of Neville and I
 work to increase LATAM integration.
    * Help with local organization
   * As Designer: knowind that our 3 new designers will attend to the
 event, I will like to go and work directly with them. Have a design
 hackfest and find more help to do the LATAM artwork. also teach them how
 to contribute with the international request.
   * As Mentor: Give a couple of talks to guide better people that want to
 contribute to the Project.
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
 as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
 let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
   * There is a special offer with TACA, so we could use it. Link

   * I will like to be one day earlier to help organization.
* Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend
 FUDCon?  If so, approximately how long does that processing take?
   * No need. Visa for Panamá is paid in the Airport and cost near 20$
* Include any additional, relevant information.
   * Is probably that I add a couple of extra talks/Hackfest depending on
 the survey/poll I will be doing next week. You can consult more info here:
