Ask Fedora question on upgrading Fedora IoT with cockpit

Can someone help here? With IoT as an edition I hate to see these going
unanswered!

It's still an issue that certain repositories are sometimes 
faster/slower than the base image, which leads to interesting problems 
on silverblue/iot/coreos.
