Howdy!
Here's the initial patchset to clean up the look of the navigation. The purpose was to get rid of various misalignments, missing separators for the tabs and generally stop relying on fixed size definitions.
Second patch implements a more fitting styling we iterated on within the UX team for the 2nd and 3rd level navigation. It nicely separates the content from the navigation, keeps the two levels in relation to each other visually.
3rd and 4th patch are minor fixes.

Bash completion for the katello CLI

Hello,
I've just pushed bash completion script. It is in the extras directory
and all you have to do is to source it, e.g.
# . src/extras/fedora/katello.completion.sh
I am going to add it in the RPM as well. It will be installed into the
/etc/bash_completion.d
and it will work automatically.
For now it is context sensitive only to the 2nd level. That means it
suggests all possible opts for the 3rd level and some of the suggestions
can be wrong. I did this for the sake of simplicity of the completion
script - we will change this later and community enhancements will be
more than welcome.
If you really need full context sensitive completion go for our katello
shell:

[PATCH] Refactor navigation.

- lots of outdated style definitions form deltacloud removed
- do not rely on pixel perfect/fixed height layout.
One exception is the #content background that can still cause some issues
in certain cases.
- limit the use of images with CSS3, graceful fallback.
