1. Downgrade mod_wsgi to mod_wsgi-3.2-6.pulp available on [3]

Katello is now functioning perfectly.

I have a question about an error I receive in Katello as per the below:

I believe that the errata is pulled down with the repos

Katello and Errata repository

Dear Katello List,

For the Errata, perhaps it would be easier if I explain what I am doing.

I have a repository staging server, whereby I have custom written scripts
that downloads source packages and compiles them and produces me a report.
These packages are then tested extensively to ensure it does not break
any of our applications.

Once tested, they are moved into a directory on that server and I use the
createrepo command to update the repository on the staging server.
Katello is syncing from my staging server repositories.

All the Development, Test, Production and DR application servers are
subscribed to the Katello server so we can promote content and control
the environment from Dev to DR that are in 7 sites and consist of 540
virtual systems in 9 different physical farms.

Thus, I do not have an "errata" repository, they are all contained within
the staging server repositories.

Perhaps there is a better way to do this?

The Dashboard is attempting to query for errata and is giving the 500 error
as the Errata repositories simply do not exist. Hence my question around how
Katello determines an Errata repository as perhaps I could create this on
my staging server (even if empty).

An option to turn that query off would be nice :)

Katello and Errata repository

Looks like a very custom Katello scenario.

The problem is your repository does not contain any errata information I
guess. Looks like a bug to me - we try to fetch errata even when it does
not exist.
