no wifi with 2.40.x and 3.0.0.x kernels

I dont have any wifi on kernels 2.40 and 3.0.0 on F15 host

Hardware HP Pavilion DM-1

CONFIG_BCMA was disabled in the kernels today.  The next F15, F16, and
rawhide builds should fix this issue and make b43 work again.

Next f15 update will be sometime next week once we've nailed down as many 
of the incoming reports as we can, here's a build of current tree in the meantime..
